San Francisco Fire Fighters
Local 798 Survivors Fund

On March 5, 2003 the San Francisco Fire Fighters Local 798 Survivors Fund was the beneficiary of a donation in the amount of $2,500 from Scott Smith, General Manager, of McCormick & Kuleto’s Seafood Restaurant.

The monies were generated by the annual McCormick & Kuleto’s “Oyster Shuck & Swallow” charitable fundraiser, which is held at 900 North Point St., The City.

Mr. Smith, recognizing the sacrifice made not only by the fallen firefighter, but also by his/her family, designated the Survivors Fund as the sole recipient of proceeds from the event.

Receiving the check on behalf of San Francisco Fire Fighters Local 798 from Mr. Smith is Treasurer Tom O’Connor as Captain Tony Soule, Chief Mike Morris, and Firefighter Victor Wong look on.
